What if I have a problem with my rental?
Call or text us at anytime and we will meet you at the resort or your hotel to resolve your issue as quick
What if I would like to try a different rental ski?
You can try as many rental skis as you like. Many of our rental skis are meant for specific conditions so
when the weather changes you can get the gear that is right for the snow you are skiing on. Make sure
you let us know as early as possible so we can set up a time to switch out your rental.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
What if I want to ski more days than I reserved the skis for?
No problem. We understand that your plans can change so just let us know if you need to add an extra
day or if your going to be skiing less than you had planned. You will only be charged for the days you
have the gear and there is no extra charge for an early return.
Do you offer multi-day discounts?
Yes. If you rent at least four days you will recieve $5 off your rental package per day.
What if I need poles? Is there an extra charge?
No. All rental packages include poles.
Do you rent any accessories?
Yes. We have rental helmets that you can add to your package for $10 a day. They are available in all
sizes. When the "add on" screen appears while filling out your reservation just type in the number of
helmets you would like to rent. The helmets will be added to your reservation for the number of days
you are skiing.
Do you sell any accessories?
Yes. We sell gloves, goggles, socks and hats. You can make a purchase in our online store or we can
add any items to the cost of your rental. You can call or email anytime if you have any questions about
sizes or availability.
Can I request a certain brand/model of rental skis?
Yes. We will do everything we can to bring you the skis you want but we can not make any guarantees.
We have a limited number of skis and sometimes people keep their skis an extra day without much
notice. If a particular pair of skis is not available for your first day of skiing we will make every effort
to get them to you as quickly as possible.
What if I reserve powder skis in advance and it doesn't snow?
You can change your rental skis at any time before or after your first day of skiing. We want to make
sure you have the best skis for the conditions your riding so let us know of any changes to your
reservation you would like to make.
Do I have to pay for my ski rentals in advance?
No, you won't be charged for your ski rentals until the day your equipment is delivered. A credit card is required to make a reservation but there is no deposit or cancellation fees. You will not be charged at all as long as you cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance.
Are there any extra fees for the pick up and delivery service?
No, everything is included in the cost of the ski rentals and ski tune ups.
There are no cancellation fees and you will not be charged for anything as long as you cancel your reservation the day before your scheduled delivery.
